- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Certain items such as perishable goods, customized products, or items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

- Once your return request is approved, you will be given instructions on how to return the item.
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
Refunds

- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Since we only operate on Cash on Delivery.
Exchanges
